1. Consent to Contact
By completing and submitting any form on this website, including the free consultation request and guide download forms, you expressly consent to be contacted by Catspnw regarding your inquiry and our services. You agree that we may contact you by phone call, email, and SMS text message at the number and address you provided, including using automated telephone dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. You acknowledge that we may also contact you from other phone numbers used by the business, which may not be listed on this site. You confirm that the contact information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to consent to communications at that number. You are not required to provide this consent as a condition of any purchase, and you may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us at 206-551-0275.
2. Pricing and Services
Listed package prices are starting points only. Your final price is determined by your cat's coat condition (including mats, length, and thickness) and behavior during the groom. The exact quote is confirmed at your free consultation. Catspnw reserves the right to decline or modify a groom if, in our judgment, proceeding would be unsafe for your cat or our staff.
3. Mobile Service Area
Catspnw is a fully mobile cat grooming spa that provides services at your home or designated location. Travel fees may apply outside our core service area. You agree to provide a safe, accessible space for grooming at the scheduled appointment time.
4. Appointments, Cancellations, and Refunds
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Because grooming is performed on live animals and results vary by coat and temperament, all services are final and non-refundable. If you have concerns about your groom, contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to make it right.
5. Your Cat's Health and Safety
You are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, medications, allergies, injuries, or behavioral concerns (including biting, scratching, or extreme stress) before the groom begins. Catspnw is not liable for injury, illness, or complications arising from undisclosed conditions. We may pause or stop a groom at any time if we believe continuing would endanger your cat.
6. Privacy
We collect the information you submit through our forms (name, email, phone, and your cat's name) solely to schedule services, send requested guides, and communicate with you about your appointments. We do not sell your personal information. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at 206-551-0275.
7. Educational Guides Disclaimer
The guides, cheat sheets, checklists, articles, and any other educational materials provided on this website or downloaded through our forms are offered for general informational purposes only. Catspnw is not liable for any inquiries, injuries, damages, or harm that you, your pet, or any other person or animal may experience from using, following, or relying on any of our guides or the information contained in them. You are using this information 100% at your own risk. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for advice specific to your cat's health and condition.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington (Revised Code of Washington) for services performed in Washington, and by the laws of the State of Oregon (Oregon Revised Statutes) for services performed in Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, your use of this website, our services, or our educational guides shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court. The arbitrator shall be selected by Catspnw. Arbitration shall take place in Seattle, Washington for services performed in Washington, and in Portland, Oregon for services performed in Oregon. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties, and judgment may be entered on it in any court of competent jurisdiction. This arbitration agreement applies to the fullest extent permitted by Washington and Oregon law.
10. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Consent
By providing your phone number, you acknowledge and agree that we may contact you using an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial or prerecorded voice to deliver SMS text messages and calls regarding appointments, confirmations, and service updates, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and applicable Washington and Oregon state telemarketing laws. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or contacting us at 206-551-0275.
11. Changes to These Terms
Catspnw may update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, and the date of the last update is shown below. Your continued use of this site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Washington and Oregon law, Catspnw's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific grooming service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. As further described in the Educational Guides Disclaimer, we are not liable for any harm or damages arising from your use of our guides or educational materials.
